We have exhibited our work a couple of times at The Upper Gallery inside The Visitor Centre at Hengistbury Head, a stunning location on the Dorset coast known for its natural beauty and rich heritage.
Hengistbury Head means a lot to use. It’s not just about its breathtaking views, but also the community spirit and creative energy. I grew up nearby and visit often, so exhibiting here felt like a natural continuation of my creative journey. My photography has also featured in their annual calendars, which deepen the connection. Sharing our work in this space helped us to connect with both locals and visitors from across the UK.
Visitors stepped into a wonderful light-filled gallery where they could browse, chat, and engage with the stories behind each piece. Many shared personal memories sparked by the scenes in my prints – from coastal walks to times with family and friends. For example, one visitor spent time chatting with me about a print of the walk down to Southbourne Beach. She talked about visiting the spot with her children – and now with her grandchildren. That moment of shared memory stayed with me.
Come and explore the full collection online – coastal prints, nature scenes, and designs that bring your space to life.
