Artwork
We recommend you get your print professionally framed to preserve its longevity. When framing your print we strongly recommend dry-mounting and the use of acid-free mounting products to help maintain the quality of your piece over time.
As with any high-quality artwork, you should avoid placing it in areas of extreme temperatures, damp or direct sunlight in order to preserve its longevity.
The environment is very important to us. With this in mind, our artwork is printed on FSC-certified paper and we post unframed artwork in postal tubes or packaging to help reduce plastics. We make sure all our waste paper is recycled.
Gina Baker Art uses a network of printers who specialise in printing fine art. They use industry-leading equipment in dedicated factories with highly-trained staff to produce your order to the highest quality. We would not come close to that standard if we produced your artwork in our studio.
For rectangular artworks, we typically show the A-size (e.g. A2, A3, A4 etc) versions of our artwork here on our website. Where we offer other sizes these may be a slightly different shape to that shown and we therefore may slightly adjust the edges of the artwork to fit the size required without stretching. Square artworks (including our range of cards) are the same shape for all sizes so do not require adjustment.
Delivery
We send out all our artwork by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. We will provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery to the UK is included in all our pricing. There is therefore no extra charge for delivery. We currently only deliver to the UK.
We currently only sell and deliver artwork to the United Kingdom.
Most of our artwork is made to order by professional printers so please allow up to 7 days before dispatch. Our orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked so we expect delivery in 2 working days but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside our control.
Privacy and Security
All purchases must be made through ginabaker.co.uk. We never request payment or personal details via social media or email. If you are contacted by anyone requesting payment via email then please ignore the request and let us know via our Contact Us page.
We offer two-factor authentication on customer website logins for your security. These are optional but we do recommend their use.
Returns
Gina Baker Art will happily accept returns and exchanges on normal unframed artwork provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Artworks must then be returned back to us within the next 14 days.
All commissions and personalised artwork and framed artwork are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of these products. In the rare event of a problem with your order please contact us in the first instance and we will do our upmost to help.
It is possible, although rare, that prints can get damaged in transit. Please get in contact with us within 30 days so we can resolve this issue.
Once we have accepted your return we will reply with further details on how to return an item back to us.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Once we have received your return we will then refund the cost of the artwork. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are unable to refund delivery costs.
Trade
